2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and password when you register.
- Profile Information: Delivery address, cuisine preferences, dietary requirements, and profile bio (for creators).
- Payment Information: Card details processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Order Information: Items ordered, booking details, special instructions, and delivery preferences.
- Messages: Communications between customers and food creators through our in-app messaging.
- Reviews & Ratings: Feedback and ratings you submit for creators and orders.
- Creator Information: Business details, dish listings, photos, availability, and bank account details for payouts.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Location Data: Your approximate or precise location (with permission) to show nearby creators and enable delivery.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the app — screens visited, searches performed, and features used.
- Push Notification Tokens: To send order updates and notifications (with your permission).
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from those services.
- Payment processors (Stripe) may share transaction status with us.
- Firebase Analytics provides aggregated usage insights.

- Between Users: Customer names and order details are shared with food creators to fulfil orders. Creator profiles are visible to customers.
- Service Providers: Firebase (Google) for authentication and database, Stripe for payment processing. All bound by data processing agreements.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect user safety.
- Business Transfers: If Zeloraa is acquired or merges, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time. Certain data (such as transaction records) may be retained for legal compliance for up to 7 years.
