No. Zeloraa is a technology platform that facilitates discovery, ordering, and connections between customers and independent merchants. Food preparation, handling, and fulfilment remain the sole responsibility of each merchant.

Are merchants verified and licensed? +

Zeloraa is committed to building a trusted marketplace. We expect all merchants to comply with applicable food safety standards, licensing requirements, and local regulations. Merchants are responsible for their own compliance. Orders & Bookings

How do I place an order on Zeloraa? +

Download the Zeloraa app, create a free account, browse food merchants near you, add items to your cart, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation notification once the merchant accepts.

Can I cancel my order or booking? +

Cancellation eligibility depends on individual merchant policies and the stage of order preparation. Contact the merchant directly through the app as soon as possible. For more detail, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Can I submit a custom order or catering request? +

Yes. Many merchants on Zeloraa accept custom orders, event catering bookings, and private chef requests. Visit a merchant's profile and use the booking or enquiry feature to discuss your requirements directly.

How do I report an issue with my order? +

Go to "My Orders" in the app, select the relevant order, and tap "Report an Issue." You can also email support@zeloraa.com. Our team will review the matter and work with the relevant merchant to help resolve it.

Can I contact a merchant before ordering? +

Yes. Where available, you can message merchants to ask about products, allergens, dietary requirements, availability, or event bookings before placing an order.

Manage Your Account

Do I need an account to use Zeloraa? +

You can browse merchants without an account. An account is required to place orders, submit booking requests, save preferences, and access full platform features.

How do I reset my password? +

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email. A reset link will be sent to your inbox. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

How is my personal information protected? +

How do I delete my account? +

Go to Profile → Settings → "Delete Account" in the app, or email support@zeloraa.com. Account deletion is permanent and removes your data, order history, and saved merchants.

Payments

What payment methods does Zeloraa accept? +

Zeloraa accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. Zeloraa does not store your full card details. All transactions use encrypted connections.

Is my payment information secure? +

When am I charged for an order? +

Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. Merchants are responsible for setting pricing. Zeloraa may deduct applicable platform service fees before distributing funds to merchants.

Refunds & Cancellations

How do refunds work on Zeloraa? +

Refund decisions are made by individual merchants, subject to their policies and applicable laws. Submit a refund request through the app within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or service. What is Zeloraa's role in refund disputes? +

Zeloraa is a marketplace platform. Refund decisions rest with individual merchants. Zeloraa may assist by facilitating communication and reviewing available information, but does not guarantee any specific outcome. Customers and merchants are encouraged to communicate directly to reach fair resolutions.

Are deposits or advance payments refundable? +

Deposit and advance payment terms are set by individual merchants and should be communicated before confirmation. Review these terms carefully before making payment. Contact the merchant directly if you need clarification.

For Merchants

Who can sell on Zeloraa? +

Zeloraa welcomes independent food merchants including home cooks, home bakers, pastry chefs, private chefs, caterers, food trucks, meal preparation providers, specialty food makers, confectioners, artisanal producers, pop-up kitchens, event food vendors, local food brands, and other approved food businesses.

How do I become a merchant on Zeloraa? +

Download the Zeloraa app, create a merchant account, complete your profile, provide required onboarding and verification information, and submit your application for review. Approval is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

How and when do merchants get paid? +

Merchant payouts are processed through the platform's payment provider to your registered bank account. Payouts are subject to identity verification, compliance reviews, and applicable platform fees. Contact support@zeloraa.com for payout enquiries.

What are my responsibilities as a merchant? +

Food Safety

How does Zeloraa handle food safety? +

Zeloraa expects all merchants to comply with applicable food safety laws, hygiene standards, and licensing requirements. Merchants are solely responsible for their food preparation, handling, storage, and allergen disclosures.

What should I do if I have an allergen concern? +

Always check the allergen information on the merchant's menu listing. For severe allergies, contact the merchant directly before ordering to confirm ingredients and preparation methods. Zeloraa cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation environments.

How do I report a food safety concern? +

Contact the merchant directly and provide details of your concern. You can also report serious food safety issues to Zeloraa at support@zeloraa.com. Where required by law, Zeloraa may share information with relevant regulatory authorities.

Troubleshooting

The app isn't working. What should I do? +

Try closing and reopening the app, ensuring your internet connection is active, and checking for available app updates. If the issue persists, restart your device. Contact support@zeloraa.com if the problem continues.

I can't log into my account. What should I do? +
