1. Order Cancellations by Customers

Because our creators prepare fresh, homemade food specifically for your order, cancellation windows are strictly enforced to minimize food waste and compensate creators for their time and ingredients.

2. Cancellations by Creators

While rare, a creator may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., ingredient shortages, emergencies). If a creator cancels your order, you will be notified immediately and issued a full 100% refund to your original payment method.
